Actors download PDFs, learn lines from printed sheets, recruit friends/family to read other roles, record on their phone, edit on their computer, and upload to yet another platform. It's a ten-step workflow scattered across five different tools.
Thespis collapses all of that into one pipeline. Productions upload scripts, agents distribute them to their clients on Thespis, roles get auto-parsed into scenes. Actors open the app, choose their role, assign AI-generated voices to scene partners, rehearse as many times as they want, record their audition and slate file, edit and submit — all without leaving the app.
